Box 5307, 610 McArthur Hall, Barr Avenue, Mississippi State, Mississippi 39762. Electronic Bids will be received at plans.fm.msstate.edu and shall include a copy of their Certificate of Responsibility as an attachment to the electronic bid. Sealed bids and electronic bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on November 13, 2025.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 in the Conference Room of Gast Hall located at 130 Twelve Ln, Mississippi State, MS 39762.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual.

Mississippi State University reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.  NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.
