Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi,
until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) July 30, 2020 at which time and place they will be
publicly opened and read aloud.
A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project Wingfield Exterior Door Replacement will be held at Wingfield High School, 1985 Scanlon Drive, on July 21, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.
Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.jpsdmsprojects.com. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each printed set of bid specs/documents. A $75.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each digital PDF set of bid specs/documents. Documents must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration.
